Dr. Jessica Parker is available to provide training or education within the areas of child development, trauma informed care and education, social emotional learning, childhood mental health and wellness, behaviour management, and family school partnership.

Parent Groups
- Emotion Coaching. A group built to provide parents the opportunity to learn about their children's emotion regulation systems, how they interact with our own parent systems and how to navigate big emotions in ways that can build strong relationships and growth and avoid pitfalls.
- Parenting your anxious child. A group for parents of children with anxiety. Skills and strategies that will help your child navigate feelings of anxiety without enabling avoidance.
Child and Youth Group Therapy
- The Big Feelers. A group for children who might be highly sensitive and tend to have big emotions. Children will learn strategies for regulation (with parents as coaches) and will have the opportunity to practice tools through play with other children that experience big emotions.
- RAD- Reducing Anxiety and Depression. A group for teens. Youth will learn about the processes involved in symptoms of anxiety and depression, will learn skills for coping, and will apply these skills in a supportive environment.
